Secondary Water Damage After Fire Loss
Whenever you have a Fire Loss, chances are there could also be water damage depending on what the fire department used to extinguish the flames. In this situation, the secondary water loss was not due to the water that was used to put the fire out however it was from a washing machine water line that was not properly drained before removing the appliance from the fire scene.
