Mold Discovered Throughout Home on Sub-floor

For this particular Mold Remediation, the homeowners kept smelling mold and musty odors with NO visible signs of mold. Homeowners called SERVPRO of Holland/W. Ottawa Co. for an estimate to assist in pinpointing the source of the smell. Upon inspecting the crawl space, mold was discovered on the sub-floor throughout the home. The before picture shows the venting system that was set up to exit the home thru the fireplace and also shows beautiful hardwood floors. There was a containment set up in the crawlspace that you can see in the after picture. The hardwood floor and sub-floor were removed from the home. The rest of the wood beams that remained were soda blasted and treated.
